Olive picking: The olives are picked directly from the plant and cold pressed within hours to produce this fruity extra virgin olive oil
Production: Continuous-cycle plant, with centrifugal extraction, at controlled temperature (< 27°C) – cold extraction within 10 hours of the olives being picked

Preserving the integrity of the product from oxidative reactions is essential to maintain the quality of the extra virgin olive oil. For this reason the choice of our packaging responds, in addition to exquisitely aesthetic needs, to the need for prevention of deterioration.
We use only dark glass bottles, which have undergone a protective treatment against UV rays, and small format, to prevent dilated use times deteriorate the oil after opening the bottle
The choice of the bottle is also consistent with that of the type of mouthpiece used: the cap is personalized, of the type droplet, and is equipped with an anti-topping safety device, which prevents the filling of used bottles with new product not compliant with original.
The paper material used is impervious to oil, a feature that is anything but frequent, this prevents any grease stains. The type of printing is of high quality, the use of gold leaf gives a precious character to every single label.
